Mr. Agah Attends Reporting Session for Japanese-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) Program


January 28, 2019: Mr. Agah, Second Secretary for the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Tokyo, had the pleasure of attending the reporting session of the JENESYS Program held at the Time 24 Building.

Youth participants of the JENESYS Program come from various countries in Asia-Pacific region, including Afghanistan, visit and stay in Japan for around 10 days to learn more about Japan and to promote mutual understanding between Japan and countries from the Asia-Pacific region. Participants attend lectures about topics such as Japanese politics and economics, in addition to visiting places such as educational institutions and cultural sites, and participating in discussions with local Japanese people.

Mr. Agah extends his appreciation to representatives of the JENESYS Program for the invitation and hopes that participants of the program were able to have a fulfilling and meaningful experience during their stay in Japan.
